PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The long barrel with cover “AA-11.00.000” consists of a body, a cover (long or short), a receiver cover, and a rotating mechanism. The body has a solid milled base, rear mounting, crescent, and bridge. The rear mount is connected to the base with three screws with a hidden cap, which have an M4 thread. The crescent is located inside the base and is attached to it with two screws with a hidden cap, which have an M4 thread, and two threaded inserts, which ensure a reliable connection. The crescent is adjustable, which allows the front sight to be installed on any carbine of this type. The bridge is connected to the base at the front with two M4 threaded screws with countersunk heads.
The overlay is made of solid milled aluminum metal. A Picatinny rail is located in its upper part. The overlay is connected to the body using M4 threaded cap screws. The receiver cover consists of a body made of a solid aluminum bar and a clamping mechanism. The mechanical clamp includes a metal frame, an adjustment wheel, a guide screw, and an M5 set screw . The frame is located inside the rear part of the cover and is attached to it by means of a guide screw with an M5 thread and an M3 set screw, which is screwed into the right side of the cover body and acts as a stopper, preventing it from detaching from the cover. The frame is moved by an adjustment wheel attached to the other side of the guide screw.
The M5 setting screw is screwed in parallel to the guide screw and prevents the adjustment wheel from unscrewing on its own because the ball of the nut fits into the grooves on the wheel. The front part of the cover is cone-shaped, which provides additional self-locking attachment to the weapon.
The rotating mechanism consists of an adapter bracket, which is attached to the receiver cover with two screws, two mirror plates, which are attached to the overlay (long or short), two bushings, and two screws that hold the mechanism together. There are two grooves in the middle of the adapter bracket in which the springs are located.
