PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The dust cover with picatinny rails «AA 01.01.001» consists of a body made of a solid aluminum bar and a clamping mechanism. The mechanical clamp includes a metal frame, an adjustment wheel, a guide screw, and an M5 set screw. The frame is located inside the rear part of the cover and is attached to it with a guide screw with an M5 thread and an M3 set screw, which is screwed into the right side of the cover body and acts as a stopper, preventing it from detaching from the cover. The frame is moved by an adjustment wheel attached to the other side of the guide screw.
The M5 set screw is screwed in parallel to the guide screw and prevents the adjustment wheel from unscrewing on its own because the ball of the set screw fits into the grooves on the wheel. The front part of the cover is cone-shaped, which provides additional self-locking attachment to the weapon.
Additional options: The Picatinny rail located at the top of the cover allows additional equipment to be attached to it.
